To apply for a Credit Account with Lowerys, please follow the instructions below:

Instructions

• Download the Lowerys account application (.pdf) . If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, you can download it here.
• Print out the form.
• Fill out the form completely. Note: Incomplete forms will not be processed.
• Fax the application back to our office at (807) 345-4446.
• Please allow 2 to 3 days for processing of your credit application.
