24 Hour Technical Hardware Diagnosis
We understand that problems don’t always occur during regular business hours. Only Lowerys Service Protection plus Extended Warranty provides members with toll free access to our Multi-Lingual technical diagnostic representatives 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! If you should experience a problem with your equipment during the entire term of your Extended Warranty coverage, call us toll free and our representatives will assist you. Whether it’s over the phone technical diagnosis of your hardware, or simply understanding your manufacturer’s warranty, we’re here to help get you warranty verification for your covered product. We will diagnose the problem and, if a hardware failure is detected, we will provide you with a repair order number and service will be dispatched. If the problem is found to be related to a software issue or the item is still subject to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, we will give you the proper numbers to contact at the manufacturer and make our best effort to connect you. Just one call to our toll free service plan centre does it all.

3 Repair Options Including On-Site
Our comprehensive plan comes with three convenient repair solutions: On-site, Overnight pick-up, or Carry In. If our technical support representatives cannot solve your problem over the phone, we will put you in touch with the nearest authorized service centre. The service centre will then schedule an on-site service call with you (providing you are within 80 km) to help resolve your problem. If the problem is too technical or sensitive in nature or you are outside the 80 km radius, your Service Protection plus Extended Warranty covers an overnight pick-up of your product delivered to the nearest service depot for repair. You also have the option of bringing your product directly to the nearest authorized service centre.

Transferable & Renewable
Service Protection plus Extended Warranty is renewable at up until the last 90 days of coverage. If you wish to sell or upgrade your equipment, your Extended Warranty coverage is transferable to the new owner, free of charge.

Service Protection plus Extended Warranty offers surge protection for your covered equipment from damage caused by power surges.
Carry In Replacement Coverage
Service Protection plus Extended Warranty carry-in replacement program is designed for a variety of products under $700. This plan gives you one year replacement coverage after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Ask your representative for details.
On-Site Service Upgrade
Some products carry standard manufacturer warranties that include limited on-site coverage. Our on-site service upgrade can match the length of the coverage of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Carry In Program for Printers and Faxes under $700
Service Protection plus Extended Warranty carry-in program for printers is designed to cover 100% of parts and labour costs for printer and faxes under $700, for up to 5 years from the date of purchase.
Internet Price Guarantee
We shop the competition so you don’t have to. We can match any price but believe that no one can match our service.
If you find an advertised price on the internet* for a product with stock from any authorized Canadian dealer that is lower than our price, we will gladly match it at time of purchase or within 14 days of purchase. The advertised item must be new and factory sealed and subject to a manufacturer’s warranty applicable in Canada. Advertised prices will be calculated as including all charges applicable for next day delivery to your home address. Our SmartPrice Guarantee does not apply to restricted quantity or time limited offers, special financing offers, special educational prices, special bundles, free offers, misprints, mail-order offers, rebates, coupons, OEM products, liquidations or close outs. If our own price drops within 14 days of your purchase, we will also refund the difference to you.
